What countries do you ship to?
We ship all over the world! All orders will be shipped out via UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
The best part… We ship directly from our factory in Portugal to reduce the carbon footprints of our clothing by eliminating any unnecessary stops along the process.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a UPS tracking number by e-mail. Please note that it may take a couple of hours for your tracking number to become active.
Good idea to check your tracking number to avoid any delivery issues.
Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we do if your purchase meets the free shipping limit.

Do I pay local taxes to receive my order?
No, we have paid all taxes and local duties to ensure that you will receive your package smooth and easily. With no extra costs at all.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment with the following credit cards: Visa card, Mastercard, American Express & Visa Electron. We also accept payment with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal and Klarna. The sum will be deducted from your account once the order is shipped.
Are there any other hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. Colorful Standard covers all the costs related to tax and import duties for customers in Europe, US and Canada. Outside Europe, US and Canada local tax may apply.
How do I return an order?
You simply pack the products nicely and send them back to us. If possible please reuse the recycled packaging you received your products in to avoid waste. Once we receive them, we will process the return as fast as possible.
We kindly ask you to include your order number as identification.

What is your return policy?
We have a 90 days return policy to ensure that you have enough time to decide.
Do you provide free returns?
We do not provide free return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping but since we have local return addresses you are most likely to find a return address in your country which makes it much simpler to return.
I have received a defect product. What should I do?
Please send a photo or description of the defected item to email@example.com so we can help resolve the issue.
If I return an order when do I get my money back?
We process your return as soon as we get it, but it can take up to 10 days before the money is back in your account if you paid by credit card. If you have paid with PayPal it can be a few days only.
Please note that we refund via the same payment method that you used when placing the order.
Is it possible to return items purchased at another retailer?
We cannot accept items purchased at one of our many retailers. Our return policy is subjected to items purchased directly from our webshop.
Can I return an item I purchased online in-store?
It is not possible to return a product purchased online for a refund at one of our flagship store locations. However, you can make an exchange for in-stock items.
Can I return a gift?
Absolutely. Please note that the money will go back to the account of the person who paid for the order.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Our inventory changes often and sizes and colors may sell out. Instead we recommend that you return the originally ordered item(s) for a refund and afterwards place a new order for the replacement(s).
Will I get a confirmation of my order?
Once confirming your order, a binding agreement is made, and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the order. If you somehow did not receive an order confirmation please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to cancel your order once placed. We strive to process all orders as soon as placed.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any edits regarding the purchased items.
Is it possible for Colorful Standard to cancel my order?
We reserve the right to cancel any orders if the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that this should happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Will sold out items be restocked?
We believe in only producing what we need to avoid waste and overproduction. That unfortunately means that sometimes we have items sold out.
This is by far the best way of working to lower our carbon footprint and we are doing our very best to restock sold out items as soon as possible.
Where do we make our products?
All our products are made in Portugal by a team of skilled hardworking individuals we have now known for years.
Can I get a notification if a sold out item is back in stock?
Yes, you can! To be notified when a specific item is back in stock please sign up for our “Notify me when available” option located on the respective item’s product page.
Do I have guarantee and how long?
We believe in good quality and long-lasting products. That combined with not focusing on seasonal trends so designs will never be outdated is our way to make a sustainable brand.
We therefore we have a 365 days guarantee on all products to ensure that you will be happy with your products.
Do you offer resale?
Our products are intended for consumers only. Please do not use the site to purchase products for re-sale or export. If we suspect anyone intend to resell our products we reserve the right to cancel the order.
